Complete roof rebuild including sub-structure and new tongue & groove decking, fully insulated, new fascias & guttering, firestone EPDM and trims.

Renovated Garage Roof. A bespoke fully insulated roof with roof lights & new fascias. "The job entailed complete refurbishment of a double garage roof, stripping back to joist level, replacement OSB decking, new fully bonded vapour control layer, PIR insulation, new top level OSB and fully bonded single ply butyl membrane. This was the fourth time I've specified butyl single ply weatherproofing and the workmanship of Approved Rubber Roofing Contractors Ltd is without doubt of exceptional quality. This cold roof system was build without ventilation and as a result the roof of this extension began showing problems as the space was used for laundry, we replaced the roof with a new cold roof system with suitable ventilation

Residential Property - Garden Summer house used for leisure & hobbies, we added to this a bespoke roof garden, roof gardens provide additional protection to the underlying building, insulating the roof & increasing its lifespan. this makes ecological sense & wild flowers continue to flourish year after year.

This residential property has the potential to be a granny flat, home theatre, games room, gym etc, in this case the owners are using the building as a man cave and as such had a roof garden installed to improve it's appearance and energy efficiency.

This customer utilised some extra space to create a balcony with a glaze handrail, here you can see the process we went through to replace the existing flat roof and install the hand rail.
